This site collects personal data solely through the contact form. The data requested is:
- First and last name — to identify the sender
- Email address — to reply to the enquiry
- Company (optional) — to put the enquiry in context
- Type of service and message — to handle the contact request
The legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest in replying to the enquiries it receives (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Processing and retention
Data is processed solely to reply to the contact request and is never shared with third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.
Data is retained only for as long as strictly necessary to handle the enquiry and in any case no longer than 12 months from receipt, unless required otherwise by law.
4. External data processors
To send the emails generated by the contact form we rely on:
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery service.
Privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy - Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-bot system protecting the security of the site. It collects no identifying personal data and performs no profiling.

5. Cookies
This site does not use profiling or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set technical cookies required for the security system to work; such cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority.

As a data subject, you have the right to:

- Request its rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Object to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
