An automotive OEM required an advanced control system for car door heating, with requirements on accuracy, reliability and compliance with industry standards. The system had to be simulated, validated and then implemented on an Infineon embedded platform.

  • Modelling and simulation of the thermal system in MATLAB/Octave
  • Design of a PID control algorithm with adaptive logic
  • Firmware implementation on Cypress PSoC (Infineon)
  • Testing and validation on real hardware under controlled environmental conditions
